Binding Legal Contract

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital gift card codes through Sainfoxiya Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Authorized Retailer & Service Role

Sainfoxiya operates as an authorized distributor and reseller of digital gift cards, e-vouchers, and gaming credits issued by third-party brand partner merchants (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Steam, PlayStation, Netflix). Sainfoxiya does not issue the underlying merchant products unless explicitly stated.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Currency Conversion

  • Instant Code Delivery: Digital gift codes are generated and dispatched electronically to your provided email address and customer account dashboard upon payment verification.
  • Currency Options: Denominations are displayed in your selected currency (USD, EUR, GBP, INR). Exchange rates are updated dynamically.
  • Zero Hidden Fees: Sainfoxiya charges zero issuance or hidden activation fees for standard retail gift card purchases.

4. Regional Restrictions & Compatibility

Check Regional Lock Before Purchase

Many digital gift cards (e.g. PlayStation Network, Google Play, Steam) are region-locked. It is the customer's sole responsibility to select the correct region code matching their merchant account country before finalizing checkout.

5. Account Responsibility & Fraud Prevention

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account login and receiving email inbox. Sainfoxiya employs automated AI risk-scoring systems to detect credit card fraud, compromised credentials, or suspicious bulk orders. We reserve the right to delay or void orders that fail anti-fraud validation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sainfoxiya Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from merchant voucher terms changes or user regional selection errors.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard commercial laws. Any dispute shall first be submitted to our dedicated support desk at support@sainfoxiya.com for amicable resolution within 14 business days.
